Our members are represented by Regional Representatives who are members that wish to support their fellow members locally and also facilitate the link between members and the Board of Directors. 84% of our members live in the UK and Ireland which is divided into 9 regions. With the addition of the Central Alps Region (Eastern France, Switzerland and Northern Italy), 97% of members are represented by a Regional Representative. The Reps facilitate regional meets, social events and coordination of regional CPD. Each region also has a budget with which they can subsidize CPD opportunities for BAIML members. All regional events and CPD are advertised to members in the newsletter emails that are sent out by the Association to all members.
