We hold your personal data and process it for the purposes of the management and administration of your membership with us.

We process personal data you provided to us, including your contact and financial information, membership related information, identification documents, and any other information we may have from time to time in the course of your membership with us and thereafter.

We only retain your personal data for as long is necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of the personal data, the purposes for which we process the personal data and whether those purposes can be achieved through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements. For much of your personal data, this will be for a period of 6 years following the end of your relationship with us.

In certain circumstances you have the right to request that the personal data we hold about you is rectified or erased, that its processing is restricted, or to object to the processing of it.
